Mariela was born and raised in San José, Costa Rica. She studied for 14 years in an American-accredited school in San José, which enabled her to be 100% fluent in English and familiar with the American way of life. She also studied French as a third language, and spent a considerable amount of time in Paris, France. This enabled her to learn the language at a professional level, professional translation and the French culture and its codes.
Mariela’s interests in different cultures and places and getting to know people from all over the world has truly helped her develop a special sensibility towards different interests, needs and preferences of people around the world.
We know her to be a “people person” with great communication skills. Able to embrace the needs of people from all over the world, Mariela has a professional passion for real estate and helping others fulfill their dreams.
She is a nature and animal lover, who moved to the beautiful Guanacaste province several years ago. Here, she finds the blend of nature, wildlife, development and international friendships and relationships all come together.
